Кристаллизация Осло
The Oslo crystallizer is also known as a crystallization-type crystallizer. After the material enters the system, it is directed to the evaporator by a ring pump. After heating and evaporation, it enters the evaporation chamber.
The solution, separated from the secondary steam, is directed directly to the bottom of the crystallization growth section through a central downcomer. It then passes upward along the boiling surface, where superoration disappears and crystalline material grows on the crystal surface. When the particles grow to the required size, they are removed from the blowdown port. The greater the particle size requirement, the longer the crystallization time, the larger the volume of the crystal growth chamber, and the crystallization time can reach more than 6-10 hours. The crystallization chamber performs particle size classification. The resulting crystals are large and uniform, and crystallization can reach sizes exceeding 3.0 mm.
